Genesis Entangled
When you're asleep they may show you
Aerial views of the ground
Freudian slumber empty of sound
Aerial views of the ground
Freudian slumber empty of sound
Over the rooftops and houses
Lost as it tries to be seen
Fields of incentive covered with green
Lost as it tries to be seen
Fields of incentive covered with green
Mesmerized children are playing
Meant to be seen but not heard
Stop me from dreaming, don't be absurd, absurd
Meant to be seen but not heard
Stop me from dreaming, don't be absurd, absurd
Well, if we can help you we will
You're looking tired and ill
As I count backwards
Your eyes become heavier still
You're looking tired and ill
As I count backwards
Your eyes become heavier still
Sleep, won't you allow yourself fall?
Nothing can hurt you at all
With your consent
We can experiment further still
Nothing can hurt you at all
With your consent
We can experiment further still
Madrigal music is playing
Voices can faintly be heard
Please leave this patient undisturbed
Voices can faintly be heard
Please leave this patient undisturbed
Sentenced to drift far away now
Nothing is quite what it seems
Sometimes entangled in your own dreams, in your dreams
Nothing is quite what it seems
Sometimes entangled in your own dreams, in your dreams
Well, if we can help you we will
Soon as you're tired and ill
With your consent
We can experiment further still
Soon as you're tired and ill
With your consent
We can experiment further still
Well, thanks to our kindness and skill
You'll have no trouble until
You catch your breath
And the nurse will present you the bill
You'll have no trouble until
You catch your breath
And the nurse will present you the bill

was du in Fülle hast und teilen kannst.

The Corries - Lord of The Dance
for...Easter..
The Corries --- Come By The Hills
Oh, come by the hills to the land
where fancy is free
And stand where the peak meets the sky
and the locks reach the sea
Where the rivers run clear and the bracken
is gold in the sun
And cares of tomorrow can wait
till this day is done.
where fancy is free
And stand where the peak meets the sky
and the locks reach the sea
Where the rivers run clear and the bracken
is gold in the sun
And cares of tomorrow can wait
till this day is done.
Oh,come by the hills tae the land
where life is a song
And sing while the birds fill the air
with their joy all day long
Where the trees sway in time, and even
the wind is in tune.
And cares of tomorrow can wait
till this day is done.
where life is a song
And sing while the birds fill the air
with their joy all day long
Where the trees sway in time, and even
the wind is in tune.
And cares of tomorrow can wait
till this day is done.
Come by the hills to the land
where legend remains
Where stories of old stir the heart
and may yet come again
Where the past it is lost but the future
is still to be won
And cares of tomorrow can wait
till this day is done.
where legend remains
Where stories of old stir the heart
and may yet come again
Where the past it is lost but the future
is still to be won
And cares of tomorrow can wait

sometimes
sometimes
sometimes
i sit here
and i feel my father
the way i hold my head
to the side,
and i smile
as i must look
like somebody
seriously thinking
but i am not
and he was not:
he was plain lazy
and somehow
though my mother
wounded him
i am still astonished
she didn't grab a knife
to finish with him

Ayub Ogada - Kothbiro
to die for freedom
a lot of people tell us
to die
for
something,
it is better
to live
and not for some "thing"-
as long as this is given to us.

Eric Clapton plays - for the first time - Tears In Heaven
Would you know my name
If I saw you in heaven?
Would it be the same
If I saw you in heaven?
If I saw you in heaven?
Would it be the same
If I saw you in heaven?
I must be strong
And carry on
'Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven
And carry on
'Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven
Would you hold my hand
If I saw you in heaven?
Would you help me stand
If I saw you in heaven?
If I saw you in heaven?
Would you help me stand
If I saw you in heaven?
I'll find my way
Through night and day
'Cause I know I just can't stay
Here in heaven
Through night and day
'Cause I know I just can't stay
Here in heaven
Time can bring you down
Time can bend your knees
Time can break your heart
Have you begging please
Begging please
Time can bend your knees
Time can break your heart
Have you begging please
Begging please
Beyond the door
There's peace, I'm sure
And I know there'll be no more
Tears in heaven
There's peace, I'm sure
And I know there'll be no more
Tears in heaven
Would you know my name
If I saw you in heaven?
Would it be the same
If I saw you in heaven?
If I saw you in heaven?
Would it be the same
If I saw you in heaven?
I must be strong
And carry on
'Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven
And carry on
'Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven
'Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven
Here in heaven
The Irish Rovers - The Unicorn
A long time ago, when the Earth was green,
There was more kinds of animals than you've ever seen.
And they'd run around free when the Earth was being born,
And the loveliest of 'em all was the unicorn.
There was more kinds of animals than you've ever seen.
And they'd run around free when the Earth was being born,
And the loveliest of 'em all was the unicorn.
There was green alligators and long-necked geese,
Some humpty backed camels and some chimpanzees.
Some cats and rats and elephants, but sure as you're born,
The loveliest of all was the unicorn.
Some humpty backed camels and some chimpanzees.
Some cats and rats and elephants, but sure as you're born,
The loveliest of all was the unicorn.
Well now God seen some sinnin' and it caused Him pain.
And He said, "Stand back, I'm going to make it rain!"
He said, "Hey, Brother Noah, I'll tell you what to do,
build me a floating zoo,"
And He said, "Stand back, I'm going to make it rain!"
He said, "Hey, Brother Noah, I'll tell you what to do,
build me a floating zoo,"
"and take some of them".......
"Green alligators and long-necked geese,
Some humpty backed camels and some chimpanzees.
Some cats and rats and elephants, but sure as you're born.
Don't you forget My unicorns."
Some humpty backed camels and some chimpanzees.
Some cats and rats and elephants, but sure as you're born.
Don't you forget My unicorns."
Well Old Noah he was there and he answered the callin',
And he finished makin' the ark just as the rain started to fallin'.
Then he marched in all them animals two by two,
And he sung out as they went through,
And he finished makin' the ark just as the rain started to fallin'.
Then he marched in all them animals two by two,
And he sung out as they went through,
"Hey Lord,"
"I got Your green alligators and long-necked geese,
Some humpty backed camels and some chimpanzees.
Some cats and rats and elephants, but Lord, I'm so forlorn,
I just can't see no unicorns !"
Some humpty backed camels and some chimpanzees.
Some cats and rats and elephants, but Lord, I'm so forlorn,
I just can't see no unicorns !"
And Noah looked out through the driving rain,
The unicorns were hiding, playing sally games.
They were kickin' and splashin' while the rain was pourin',
Oh, the sally unicorns!
The unicorns were hiding, playing sally games.
They were kickin' and splashin' while the rain was pourin',
Oh, the sally unicorns!
There was green alligators and long-necked geese,
Some humpty backed camels and some chimpanzees.
Noah cried, "Close the door 'cause the rain is just pourin',
And we just cannot wait for no unicorn!"
Some humpty backed camels and some chimpanzees.
Noah cried, "Close the door 'cause the rain is just pourin',
And we just cannot wait for no unicorn!"
The ark started moving, and it drifted with the tide,
And the unicorns looked up from the rocks and they cried.
And the waters come down and sort of flooded them away,
That's why you never seen a unicorn to this very day.
And the unicorns looked up from the rocks and they cried.
And the waters come down and sort of flooded them away,
That's why you never seen a unicorn to this very day.
But you'll see green alligators and long-necked geese,
Some humpty backed camels and some chimpanzees.
Some cats and rats and elephants, but sure as you're born,
You're never gonna see no unicorn!
Some humpty backed camels and some chimpanzees.
Some cats and rats and elephants, but sure as you're born,
You're never gonna see no unicorn!
Riverdance the final performance
of course ,perfect..but reminds me a bit of...well, i must smile
Rebecca Solnit, "Hope in the Dark", quotes
"Hope locates itself in the premises that we don’t know what will happen and that in the spaciousness of uncertainty is room to act. When you recognize uncertainty, you recognize that you may be able to influence the outcomes — you alone or you in concert with a few dozen or several million others. Hope is an embrace of the unknown and the unknowable, an alternative to the certainty of both optimists and pessimists. Optimists think it will all be fine without our involvement; pessimists take the opposite position; both excuse themselves from acting. It’s the belief that what we do matters even though how and when it may matter, who and what it may impact, are not things we can know beforehand. We may not, in fact, know them afterward either, but they matter all the same, and history is full of people whose influence was most powerful after they were gone."
"Hope is a gift you don’t have to surrender, a power you don’t have to throw away. And though hope can be an act of defiance, defiance isn’t enough reason to hope. But there are good reasons."
It is a book on "hope" dealing with American politics at the same time
as with "hope" and it sounds highly interesting reading.
"It’s important to say what hope is not: it is not the belief that everything was, is, or will be fine. The evidence is all around us of tremendous suffering and tremendous destruction. The hope I’m interested in is about broad perspectives with specific possibilities, ones that invite or demand that we act. It’s also not a sunny everything-is-getting-better narrative, though it may be a counter to the everything-is-getting-worse narrative. You could call it an account of complexities and uncertainties, with openings."
"After a rain mushrooms appear on the surface of the earth as if from nowhere. Many do so from a sometimes vast underground fungus that remains invisible and largely unknown. What we call mushrooms mycologists call the fruiting body of the larger, less visible fungus. Uprisings and revolutions are often considered to be spontaneous, but less visible long-term organizing and groundwork — or underground work — often laid the foundation. Changes in ideas and values also result from work done by writers, scholars, public intellectuals, social activists, and participants in social media. It seems insignificant or peripheral until very different outcomes emerge from transformed assumptions about who and what matters, who should be heard and believed, who has rights."

April - Deep Purple
with a little smile...
April is a cruel time
Even though the sun may shine
And world looks in the shade
As it slowly comes away
Even though the sun may shine
And world looks in the shade
As it slowly comes away
Still falls the April rain
And the valley's filled with pain
And you can't tell me quite why
As I look up to the
And the valley's filled with pain
And you can't tell me quite why
As I look up to the
Gray sky where it should be blue
Gray sky where I should see you
Ask why, why it should be so
I'll cry, say that I don't know
Gray sky where I should see you
Ask why, why it should be so
I'll cry, say that I don't know
Maybe once in a while
I'll forget and I'll smile
But then the feeling comes again
Of an April without end
Of an April lonely as they come
I'll forget and I'll smile
But then the feeling comes again
Of an April without end
Of an April lonely as they come
In the dark of my mind
I can see all too fine
But there is nothing to be done
When I just can't feel the sun
And the springtime is the season of the night
I can see all too fine
But there is nothing to be done
When I just can't feel the sun
And the springtime is the season of the night
Gray sky where it should be blue
Gray sky where I should see you
Ask why, why it should be so
I'll cry, say that I don't know
I don't know
Gray sky where I should see you
Ask why, why it should be so
I'll cry, say that I don't know
I don't know
evasiveness
evasiveness is a way of not responding to another presence,
and it is one way to end relationships.

quotes, another blog: i do not agree with all the inherent theology but these are authentic words
http://zenyogagurdjieff.blogspot.de/2016/03/we-all-die.html?m=1
http://zenyogagurdjieff.blogspot.de/2016/03/honoring-other.html
"Now, my day-to-day life is a desert without any of that green grass growing in it; yet it's possible to insert a tiny seed of life and love into my daily interaction, into those dry, mechanical, and often petty and destructive processes that emerge from my ego. That seed — which, through grace and with a little water, might produce a bit of grass — is the question."
"What I ought to do is throw all of that aside and come to each human being on the common ground of this humanity we share, attempting to compassionately open myself to them through an organic experience of who they are — something that is for the most part quite elusive, obscured as it is by the inexorable expression of my mechanical parts, that seem determined to crush everything and everyone in front of me and extract some bitter substance I will nonetheless perversely savor in my effort to feel superior. It's quite a relief, really, when something more active is capable of discarding that nonsense so that I can truly honor another person for themselves."

inbetween in love and in love inbetween
The space inbetween each other is very precious
and it is very fragile.
It can be a place for our essence, sweetness, scent and
touch to meet, like a room where to just be.
It can grow in depth and wideness and be rich
or it can shrivel and wither.
cigarette and drugs, abuse and dependency
it is so well known and so easy to be seen.
but i have to come to it out of myself and i just have to say it.
what i mentioned a few days before, self-inflicting pain be it
in soul or body (but it will always be both as they are inseparable)
can be a method to escape being here, here in specific situations,
a technique to draw all awareness and experience out in
another self-chosen place.
drug dependency of whatsoever is exactly this kind of interacting with a world of various
stressfull situations and it is self-inflicting pain. and it doesn't matter
when it has been learned to escape in a self-harming way,
usually it arises first in situations which appear unavoidable, oppressive
and terrorizing.
and this apart from physical withdrawal symptoms makes it so difficult
to stay present without drugs.
you have to find the lock and turn the key.
drugs are ok, ... dependency is a handicap in presence.

inbetween and presence
'we' are always inbetween and always present. from birth we are inbetween life and death and maybe after inbetween death and birth.
when we grow up we are inbetween our parents, and when we are adult they are inbetween in us and so are we inside, inbetween though always present.
to be present is our essence, to be inbetween is thought.
