Magalhães Lemos: derelict buildings and not far away occupational therapy. only who can participate, how is the choice made, who makes it and according to what rules? B1 is not elegible for it , it appears, but why? internal quarrels or just negligence? a lot of facilities and places and potential unused, movement and creative action would help so much to keep abilities and- for the staff- to experience them instead of stopping perception and turn away from disability.
